Staff were helpful and friendly. However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom door was off its hinges and would not close. The fan in the bedroom could not go faster than low speed without squeaking loudly and wobbling precariously. Also there was very little coffee and tea and sugar provided. The property itself looked good and the location was great. The room was spacious.

Excellent amenities, such as hot tub, magnesium pool, swimming pool, sauna, gym etc. Quiet area - one block from Coles, beach, playground, bars & restaurants. At first glance, property looked clean inside, however at closer look behind the bed and the courtains there was a lot of dust and dirt. Bed was comfortable. It was spacious for a family of 4. Nice view from the balcony. I would come back again.

Overall the unit was good, the only reasons for the 3 star was because of the small bathroom and the shower leaked water through the bathroom when in use. We also did not receive enough sugar for coffees each morning of our stay. Liked that it was close to local restaurant's and the beach. The rest of the room was great

The Beach Resort is a very cool architecturally designed building for the Queensland climate. And inside the one bedroom apartment was everything you could need to stay for a long period of time.
