Great location. Good place for people with younger kids as they have the waterpark and other things. The playground was closed for the whole time we were there. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant was OK if you don’t fancy goong far. Really enjoyed our stay.

Resort and rooms were dated (very 90’s feel). No balconies on rooms despite having a pool and water park, hard to dry out clothes on a clothes rack inside. Room service didn’t even make the beds, just emptied the rubbish bin and threw some fresh towels in a bunch on the rack. Cocktails were nice, spa, pool and water park were good. Cane toads everywhere outside at night. Good location across from Woolworths.

Room service could be better. On the first morning they took all our towels and put 2 towels in there for 4 people, no floor mats or hand towels. Beds not made up. Also lice all over the property. We have bites all over us. Pool and water park where not heated as stated on website. Older female waitress at breakfast was very rude and pushy hurrying us up with breakfast when we still had 30 minutes before the end of service!

Did not see any staff at all ! Did not get my room i booked ! Did not sleep ! Was violently ill with asthma and vomiting!!! Due to the mould frthe door to around the entire roof ceiling AND CURTAINS??? I EXPECT TO BE HEARD ! AS I TOLD THE LADY IN THE OFFICE! I DIDNT BOOK THAT BOOMERANG BUILDING!!! Reception staff were wonderful and efficient. Bar staff were all trainees except for one which could make for frustrating evenings when ordering and paying. Particularly when it wasnt busy (pre school holidays) Buffet breakfast was 5/5 Dinner from Oak and Vine was 4.5/5 The deck around the pool was mouldy, slippery and some of the wood palings were loose, which was uncomfortable. The black out curtains in both rooms had extensive holes in all four of them. There was mould in room where our friends stayed. Our room was perfect except for the holes in the black out curtains. Amenities appear to need repair to restore this place back to its former glory

We certainly didn't feel very comfortable in our room, the air on was very unpredictable and when we went to the pool to cool down there was not one staff member or lifeguard manning the kids area with the slides. It was left up to perants, and obviously when you put a bar in a kids area, perants will drink and not give a damn about others or the kids. My child was pushed down the slide by a bunch of teenage boys, and when they came down they slide in a train, they kicked a little baby in the head. The resort is very lucky they don't have a law suit on their hands. The buffet breakfast was very average and apparently when ordering a coffee, it's ok if they get it wrong regardless of allergies. Pretty disappointed 😞
