"The staff were so helpful, friendly and was very grateful to them especially, moha, khaled, soaka and yuvi we had limited time during our stay acc they helped us make the best use of our time Enjoyed the breakfast great selection of foods and healthy, fresh options available "

"The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities. "

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "
