"Staff attentive, although you have to attract their attention as reception desk is located on back wall. Some (not many) English speakers. Room was a highlight with bath and shower’s sweeping views of Love River and city. But remember to switch off the lights if you shower at night - yes pedestrians can see you showering! Coin laundry was very handy."

For even better experience, housekeeping staff could be better trained to remember room guests habits, such as extra towels or other items for additional guests daily rather than having to remind staff daily to leave needed extra items. Pool design and the lack of food/beverage service there unfortunately do not inspire lounging around for relaxation or fun."

"If Silks Club isn’t the best hotel in Kaoshiung, I would be interested in who is. In the heart of the city with convenient access (~USD5 taxi or Uber ride or less ) to outlets, Dream Mall, famous bakeries and night markets. The rooms are huge with equally generous bathrooms and showers that you won’t bump around in. The decor is modern, clean and simple lines. The atmosphere is serene. Wi-Fi is reliable and fast enough for all my needs. The included half buffer breakfast is gourmet with...

"The hotel was nice and clean. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Hotel is located about 25 mins to the most popular shopping area. The metro station is right next to the hotel which is pretty convenient. Plenty of eating options but probably not as much if you nearby the high speed rail station. I would stay again for the price and size of the room. "

"Really nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else."
