"The 2bdrm villa was outdated, I was very disappointed in the room. There was hair in the tub the top cover on bed had stains. The kitchen had a terrible odor. The lazy pool and bar were the highlight of my stay"

"The only complaint that I have was the explanation of the rooms while booking I booked the two bedroom suite and was not told it was two separate rooms divided by a hallway I was under the impression that it was all behind the same door so I had some safety concerns traveling with multiple children "

"Everything is so clean and spacious. My son ended up having an accident while he slept and they delivered fresh linens to me in the middle of the night. They also cleaned our room the next day, which I wasn’t even expecting. The breakfast was great, the bathroom is gorgeous, everything was wonderful. No complaints. Parking is convenient and the location has so much to offer. It took 15 min to drive to magic kingdom and just a few minutes to get to animal kingdom. The only constructive comment I could give the manager is that there is black mold growing in the washing machines. It’s a shame, because they are nice new Electrolux ones, but when people keep closing them after they do laundry, it will always grow mold. Maybe do a deep clean and then post a sign to leave washer door open after use. "
