"Super comfort "

"This was a wonderful experience. We were asked to check in between 2pm-5pm. We were glad to have made it around 3. From the entrance outside, the lobby, and the rooms it was a beautiful ryokan. The staff was very helpful, accommodating, and really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The dinner and breakfast is all seasonal vegetables and meat and it is very filling. "Came here with my husband and mother. A little sad that there was no view surrounding this ryokan. Unlike the ones I stayed in while I was in Hakone and Sapporo. This inn is small and has limited facilities (but it is enough.) Room was spacious and the futon was very comfortable to sleep in, staffs helped prepare the futons for us to rest efficiently. "What a treat. We were wanting to stay up near the ropeway but that was closed for repairs and the spots near there were full. I bumped into this spot on line and it felt like a secret treasure. Loved the Onsen baths. Dipped into every single one on property including my own private one in my room. We both slept great in the traditional beds on the floor. "Very comfortable and spacious room with great views. Excellent breakfast buffet in a sunny big room. Shuttle bus service is prompt and good to have as hotel is on edge of town. Onsen was lovely, with great views and several different ones to try aswell as a relaxation area."

"During my stay@ Takayama Green hotel, I had forgotten to take my handbag with me when I stepped out of their executive club room. My handbag contained my son's and my passports & wallet. To my relief, the hotel front desk contacted me immediately when their staff found my handbag. Everything in my handbag was left untouched. "
