Amazing Experience

Amazing room with delicious breakfast and Omakase dinner at two restaurants. You can enjoy Onsen, hot springs, for free, and some Spa services with additional fee. And some cold drinks after hot Onsen and in your room fridge are free too. You will have unforgettable experience.

良い設備でしたがスタッフに余裕が無さそうでギスギスしてる雰囲気。その先にある運営がスタッフに対する待遇悪くて、スタッフの善意に委ねられてサービスが保たれてる印象。 ラグジュアリー施設ならばその顧客対応をするスタッフさんのケアも運営がしっかりしないと持たない気がする。

予約時に希望していた部屋がエアコンの具合が良くないとのことで、アップグレードの部屋を用意していただきました。その対応や気配りなど大変素晴らしいもてなしをしていただいたと実感してますが、唯一ベッドが寝ると身体が沈んでしまうもので寝心地が悪くて大変残念でした。

23室の混雑感がないプチリゾート

以前から伺ってみたいけれど、交通の便の関係でなかなかうかがえず、ようやくかないました。GWでしたが、朝早く出発したこともあり、順調に着きました。富山市にしては、神通川の川幅が広すぎず、素晴らしい景観です。 　ロビーの音響機器も秀逸。草間彌生の富士山の連作、KAZW、中島千波、七代加藤唐九郎など美術館も同じグループということで楽しめました。 　地元のプリン、コーヒーマシンも良かったです。 　大浴場露天風呂もgood.久々に風呂上がりの牛乳を頂いてマッサージ機に身を委ねのんびり。ベッドもこだわって導入されたものでした。 　3世代でいらしているご家族もあり、子供連れは個室での食事と配慮されていました。 　朝食が今一つ　土鍋のご飯は美味しかったです。

おすすめしたい

コンセプトが素晴らしく、図書館併設、フリードリンクにビールや牛乳、コーヒー 大浴場にはマッサージチェアなど細やかな心遣いが行き届きとても快適でした スタッフもとてもホスピタル精神があり皆さん素晴らしかったです 年配両親も、いつか連れて行きたいと思える素敵な旅館でした

아침에 눈을 떠, 노천탕에서 온천욕을 즐기고, 일본식당 Rakumi에서 아침식사를 합니다. 점심 혹은 저녁때 일본전체 열 손가락 안에 드는 이노베이티브 레스토랑인 L'evo에서 식사를 합니다. 물론 저녁때 Rakumi에서 수준급 가이세키를 즐길 수도 있습니다. 이 모든것을 아름다운 진즈강변을 바라보며 할 수 있다는 것이 가장 큰 메리트 입니다. 직원들도 정말 친절하고 방, 시설 모두 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 문제는 택시를 이용하거나 차를 직접 운전하지 않는 이상 접근하기가 쉽지않은 않다는 점 정도겠네요

施設の方々の対応も良く親切で、ゆったりした雰囲気で過ごすことができました。 温泉も良かったです。 夕食のL’évoは地元のものにこだわられていて、ペアリングの飲み物と共に楽しむことができました。 朝食は、海苔の佃煮などは味付けが濃かったですが、出来合いのものでしょうか。もし、そうであれば、手作りのものだけだと良いなと思いました。白米や手作りの蒲鉾、豆腐などはとても美味しかったです。 また、伺いたいです。

Some English speaking staff , excellent service. Nice and cosy lounge , free drinks n coffee. Onsen was very good especially the outdoor ones , compared to many ryokans in the same category. Very good japanese bf in a private room . However the kaiseki dinner was below expectation for tis category of luxury Ryokan . Would be better to have some alacarte options to the dinner menu. A Big plus - Special discounted fare for taxi pickup from Toyama JR station at 3500yen, about 40 mins ride . Overall rating : near excellent for a modern Ryokan .

It was amazing!! Food, staffs,Onsen, atmosphere of room and everything:) Free cafe’s drinks and snack also awesome. If you need relaxing, you must go GARAKU in Toyama

富山が好きになる宿

富山の豊かな食材を堪能できました。Levoの朝食も食べてみたい。。。です。 またスタッフの皆さんも程よい距離感で且つ丁寧な接客でした。 天井が高く施設のスペースも（食事の際の隣のテーブルの距離等も）ゆったりしていてリラックスできました。 これはどうすることもできないことですが、宿に到着した際の印象で鉄塔・高圧線が連なっているのが見えてしまい、他が良いので景観が本当に残念です。
