The building is old and the carpet is worn out in need of replacement. The dinner and breakfast menu is good. The registration desk staff are very helpful and efficient. The onset is also good . Good value for the relatively low price for the rooms.

It is very economical price, i recommand if you go there by car. About 40min. from center of Kanazawa and Toyama.There is big bath of hot spring and various menu buffet for the breakfast.

The Hotel is an amazing Onsen, modern with a fantastic Breakfast the hot springs are to die for, they consist of 1 indoor and one outdoor baths, its got a Sauna and a ice bath, they offer Dinner Buffet for an aditional 8000¥ per person, the only things I did not like were : They do not offer room keeping at all, just change of towels if asked , The hotel is in Tonami, but isolated, meaning you can only go out by car, and there’s nothing to do ir see by foot, The wifi is decent and covers the whole property, but cell service is spotty.

13階のスイートに泊まりました。間取りは写真の通りでしたが、写真と違って壁紙が古くてシミだらけ。窓のない寝室は、カビ臭かったです。せっかくのスイートなのに‥ガッカリでした。 オールインクルーシブとの事でしたが、空白の時間もあり、翌日は部屋で飲む用のコーヒーやお菓子を買い出しに行きました。 お風呂は、リニューアルされており、素敵で寛げました。部屋からの景色も素敵！ スタッフの対応も良かったです。

客室は整頓されており清潔感があり、スタッフの方も優しくわかりやすく丁寧な接客をされており安心出来ました。レストランでの食事も美味しく、楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来て、とても良かったです。 ただ、食事の時…（ブュッフェなので） 料理を取る際の並ぶ列？（方向？順番？）が決まってなかったので、並んでいて少しモヤモヤしました。 お風呂の雰囲気やお湯の温度など良かったのですが、他のお客さんが荷物を置き、シャワーの場所取りをして湯船に浸かっている方が多い様に見受けられ、空いているのに使えない状況でしたので、『場所取りをしないで‼︎』と告知をちゃんとして欲しいです。風呂場内に荷物置きの棚がありましたが、棚の高さを全体的にもう少し低くして2台置くなど、広くした方が良いと思いました。 棚がオープンだったせいで、自分のタオルを間違われ紛失しました。仕切りなどあれば自分の置いた場所が分かり良いと思いました。 全体的に評価はとても良いのですが、上記2点改善をして頂けると、評価は満点だと思います。
