I thought the property was nice and close to Takaoka station. The room was pretty big compared to the average Japanese hotel, but the room chair for the desk was a simple stool. If you are someone who likes to go shopping at a grocery store for food, the nearest one was about 15-20 minute walk away. Not much was happening around this area, it didn't seem to offer much in tourist attractions, besides a few statues. If you are using it as a base to explore Toyama through Kanazawa, it's not too bad, but the local trains can be pretty crowded during rush hours. The nearest shinkansen station is a 20 minute train ride away. If you like a quiet town without the craziness of tourists, this place is a good stay.

地域でいちばん安かったのであまり贅沢は言えないが、スーツのプレス機も無かったのでビジネマン向けでもなくバックパッカー向け？という印象があった。 今回連泊をしたのですがアメニティのお茶も1日分？しか置いていなかった。(フロントに伝えたら貰えた) ドライヤーはビジネスホテルにしては風量が強いものだったのでそれは良かった。 廊下の音(客どおしの会話)が結構聞こえる。最終日は隣室が夜中の2時まで物音がしていてうるさかった。 近所の居酒屋の割引券があったので利用してみたが割引されていなかった。 チェックイン時の受付の女性の感じがあまり良くなかった。 ただ宿泊費を考えると苦情を言うほどでは無い…と言う感じ。

駅から近く周辺に安い駐車場があります。 部屋によるかもしれませんが、ベッドの頭上にエアコンのボタン（入／切）があり、強い緑色の光です。 消灯時も光が気になり、部屋にある物で光を遮らないと眠れませんでした。 設備のデザインなので仕方ありませんが、光を和らげるか遮るグッズを置いていただけると、次回の宿泊が安心です。
