"Beautiful room, amazing breakfast, and can’t be in a better location. We stayed for three nights. We highly recommend. If we come back to Heraklion, we will certainly come back to this hotel."

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."

"Internet was pretty slow, the bar hours are not accomadating, 1800 to 2100hrs... The food buffet are often cold, and only 3 sun umbrella available around the pool. The staff was great, the only reason why in put 3 instead of 2 stars."
