"Housekeeper was cleaning room when we returned in early evening - should have been earlier in day. And she left without making the other bed. There was blood on the side of the table in the room. All-in-all a fun place to stay. Not happy that door to outside room building (#4) could be opened without an access key - didn't leave us with a sense of safety."

"The room was standard, but the bathroom was larger which was great. Great for a simple trip. Read what you sign when you get there, they have a lot of rules. Not a great place to stay if you want to bring your own drinks. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel with my girlfriends a few times. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool area is fantastic. The service poolside was top notch! And we love being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely return. "

"Enjoyed every minute of my stay at this location. I had a patio/garden room near the pool - it was spacious and so nice to have the outdoor space. The hotel amenities (pool, restaurant, service, hotel staff) were all amazing. And location to downtown was perfect. Would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely loved this boutique hotel, such a great aesthetic and feels like a very cool vibe. The room was decorated lovely and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and helpful, pool area was great and loved that they had some pool side games like ping pong. I do think the pool could have been a bit cleaner but overall great stay - would recommend and come back!"

"It was a very quick overnight stay for us, so overall the hotel was fine. Clean, quiet ... fine. There were two things that were really weird ... 1. When we walked into the room for the first time, everything in the room that could be on, was on at full blast. Table top fan, all the lights, bathroom fan and television ... all on and at the highest setting ... tv volue all the way up. Truly weird. 2. The sink in the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen. Overall the bathroom design...

"This place is such a hidden Palm Springs gem! Absolutely beautiful vintage hotel. The rooms and landscaping make you feel like you're staying at an affluent person's old home :). They even have fruit trees you can pick and make your own juice! Will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful, classy, 100 year old property. Welcoming staff. We felt right at home. Wonderful pool area. Attention needed to several minor details. Ice is available 24/7 but only by asking at the front desk, and this is not mentioned in the brochure provided. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom (of our unit). Our room was dark, almost gloomy. It would be very cosy with proper lighting but there was no bright light available and two lights were non-functional. The door to our patio would...
