"The hotel is in a nice location.. the beach access was great and the employees were all nice, however, the room was DISGUSTING. Clumps of hair all over, including in the bedding and hairs on the “clean” towels. The shower had hair in it. The room felt humid/damp despite the air being on 70. There were worn contacts on the floor.. none of us wear contacts. Also the bath rug is not a towel that’s washed and it just felt gross. The ad says beach chairs are available. It doesn’t say surcharge but everything is for rent. The hotel restaurant automatically ads gratuity on all tabs regardless of party size."

"The hotel was ok but for 700.00 a night I was expecting better and cleaner the carpet was gross. They had to switch our room. "

"This hotel is vey nice and the staff is friendly and checks in frequently BUT for the amount of money we paid I’m remiss to book again because the property is under renovations and there is no apologies for this inconvenience of aesthetics. Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511. Beach front view and terrace to die for honestly. So we will see but aside from the look of some areas being undone everyone was amazing. Room was comfortable …"

"Everything was as described however, I think the floors could have been mopped, I could not go barefoot in the condo. Beautiful beach & pool view from our 16th floor condo. Shower surround could be updated but, everything worked well. I’d book there again! "

"I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
