"Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit"

"Perfect location along the beautiful Hamakua Coast! So lush and green. We can not stayed one night but right away I could tell this would be a good place to use as home base for a longer stay. The unit was perfectly appointed and the patio very relaxing with great views. The common area looks excellent, although we didn’t use. Some interesting books I would have liked to sit around and read. Short stay but I liked it. "

"The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. "

"The host was very friendly, and shared some great tips for visiting the Hilo area. Check-in/out instructions were helpful and easy to follow. The building itself is a little tired and could use some updating/cleaning. The unit was well equipped and cozy. The beds were not particularly comfortable and overall I would rate the accomodations as 4 star"

"We really loved and enjoyed this condo. My husband and two girls had a great time. It was super clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking devices. We had a nice bbq our first night. The large lanai was beautiful and somewhat private. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. We had FREE access to the Hilton which was so awesome and unexpected. We ate and snorkeled in the lagoon. It was not far maybe a 15 minute slow walk. The shopping was close too. Nice coffee shops and great shops on...

"Every detail has been thought of! The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need!! You really feel like you have your own private jungle bungalow. Slept like a rock in the comfy bed and the rain on the roof! Eric and Chris were SO great, wish we had more time to chat with them. next time :) It's super close to the park. Will be sending many people their way. Stop looking around and book this place!!"
