"We will use the Grand Hyatt at SFO from now on for their Park N Fly option. Connected to the terminals by a train makes it so easy to stay the night before travel, leave the car and take the train to our airline. What a great way to begin a trip!"

"What a fabulous hotel from the moment we checked in Ricky was Lovely and gave me 2 free Birthday drinks, Danny the Food and Beverage Manager in the Anzu restaurant was so lovely it was really lovely talking to him such a nice guy ,He wanted to give me a free dessert for my Birthday but we were so full after eating dinner ,The room was amazing and totally spotless and the View was Amazing,When we were checking out Michael assisted us ,What an amazing Person he was so lovely to talk to and went...

"Hotel Zoe was walking distance from the Wharf which was my favourite part of this stay. The staff was always polite and accomadating. I liked that there was bike rentals available although it was too windy for what I was used to. Maybe next time I'll take advantage of it. My partner has a diff sleep schedule than me and usually I can mitigate this by hanging out in another room. I wish the lobby/work space was a bit brighter or easier to see. However, the lounge/terrace area is comfortable...

The registration person is usually good but nothing stand out- this time , the person was very friendly, took time to really listen when I answered his"how was your drive here?". Then he gave us a corner room- a nicer room than we have ever gotten; a late check out and a couple of nice comments about how great the hotel is and SF in general. That is all it takes in the day to make a guest feel welcomed!!! not hard but we do...

Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "

Being originally designed by legendary architect John Portman, the original thoughtful details and space have been well maintained through renovations. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more prompt to assist—they really make it a choice place to stay. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope to return very soon myself!"
