「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「I'm not a stranger to small rooms. I've stayed in a pod hotel in NYC before, so I was prepared for a small space. It took me by surprise how small it actually was though. My daughter and I walked into our bunk bed room with our two small roller bags, and had difficulty closing the door. It was tiny! Because of the size of the bunk bed ladder, it was hard to even both sit on the bottom bunk.
