"Sneaky daily amenity fee"

"I loved how close this hotel was to everything. Right in the middle and not in the heart of time square which is great if you don’t like a lot of noise like me. It’s connected to the grand central station which is perfect getting to the train quickly and exploring all of New York which is what I did. Very affordable and nice, spacious. Would definitely stay here again."

"Mirror light didn't work in the bathroom upon arrival. Only one elevator worked for the entire hotel (apparently this has been going on for years). Had to wait in line 20 minutes to get on an elevator almost every time. Booked through this site and got a good price, but paid at the hotel only to discover a week later that they charged me $160 for food I never ordered and apparently $240 for receiving a package (that never happened). Great location and pretty lobby, but everything else about it I'd give negative stars if I could. Please do you research before booking here! Very scammy."

"No air or heat"

"It's not bad of a hotel. The room I was in was very dark and small and debatable if its worth the price to me. It was clean. The hotel should offer better parking options, nearby parking is 30-50$ while this hotel charged 85-95$ which is not accomadating to guests."
