"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "

"Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"Every time I called for my car I got a message saying that the number I entered was incorrect but it wasn't and my car would arrive. When I explained this to the parking attendants they said I could come down and ask the parking desk inside. Why would I want to come down when you had a phone system? And the fee is astronomical. "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
