"The bathroom was very disappointing. It was dirty, the walls were dirty, there was hair on the towels. It was gross. The room itself was okay but there was something sticky on the counter under the tv. "

"We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no one wants someone perfectly healthy and able to work asking for your money, and multiple trys at that. I worked damn hard for my money, and have no problem helping the needy....these people are lazy con artists. Beyond that, great stay, service, and atmosphere!!"

"Zoe and Mario at the Front Desk were fantastic! Kind and courteous and incredibly helpful! Make sure to tip Chelsea in “The Teachery” in-house, too! She was so sweet and worked her tail off the night we were there!"
