"We loved the log cabin type of atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The grounds of the property were well groomed. Had a very good night's sleep!!!!"

"The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether...

"Have stayed at 21c hotels since they first opened in louisville. This stay was a bit disappointing. Noisy room, no housekeeping , safe didn't work even after engineer came. Front desk staff and valet very pleasant. Restaurant excellent"
