The staff were all very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, luggage hold and parking were a great amenity to this property. The Aloha Cafe is a great place to chill and have a light breakfast (or a beer lol). Walkable distance to LOTS of shopping and restaurants, felt safe! "

"This is a great hotel on the east (quieter) side of Waikiki beach, with majestic views of both the ocean and Diamond Head. The staff are great and rooms are clean and spacious. As a nice touch you get bath robes and slippers too to enjoy while you chill out in the room or relax on the balcony. They also have a fantastic award winning restaurant which serves the most amazing fine dining experience. Would highly recommended "

"Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young."

"Centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and excursions. They helped us with booking excursions for snorkeling, Pearl Harbor. Location right on the beach with great facilities. Everything was great and as expected."

"Our stay was very good this time! The hotel is located around plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff was very prompt and friendly, willing to cater to our needs. Definitely would stay again. "

"Spectacular sun set view from our ocean view room. Friendly front desk staff. Beach was awesome with great ocean swim and sports equipment, chairs amenities. Dining area needs to be improved. Guests need to be aware to reserve ahead of time due to limited space. Otherwise you will need to go to wakiki near by for meals."

"Staff we're accommodating and friendly. Came early to drop off our luggages since check in was still at 4pm. Upon reviewing our reservation the front desk was able to check us in. Such a good convenience for my family which we appreciated. Facility was well maintained and clean. Everything is near this area, a mall is also nearby. I would return to this hotel with my family."
