"The room was great and they were able to get us into it right away - the staff is amazing!!! Super walkable area and close to tram and stadium. We were even able to buy our zoo tickets at the front desk cheaper than at the zoo."

"Clean room. Clean atmosphere. The restaurant inside is pretty good and has reasonable prices. Staff are very nice. Pool is nice and deep but the gym has no free weights only cardio equipment and some mats along with some recovery items. The rooms were very nice and felt clean! However, they were hot… a/c will not get below 69 no matter what you set it at. We called the front desk since it was so warm and they sent maintenance. They said you cannot lower the temperature below 66 or it won’t kick in. Not that we needed it that cold but we were really trying to cool off the room so we tried lowering it as much as possible. It only felt nice and fresh in the evening when the sun was going down but during the day it’s stuffy and you want to open the balcony door (if you have one) to let fresh air in so that it can circulate. The daily parking fee was 38$, which adds up quick if you’re staying there for more than a couple of days and for it to not being gated or secure the price seems a bit steep to me."

"We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. "

"Perfect location for the Gaslamp Quarter! Near the san diego rail and also perfect distance to walk to many nearby places! Stayed for my birthday weekend and the staff were very accommodating! They even gave me cute cupcakes! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Omni!! "

"The location of this property was very scenic with the bay directly across from it, The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was in the tower building which was nice but the rooms, though clean, were outdated and could use some refurbishing. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."

"nice beach view, my daughter like to play on the beach. Location is good, convenient to go anywhere. Parking is quite expensive. "

"The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. If I personally pick the room, and every different room options has pictures attached to it, I expect to get what I chose. And we didn’t. It was extremely disappointing. Also make sure the front desk has manners. They are the very first people we see when we come into the resort. They should be welcoming and smiling, with positive attitudes. You know warm. Don’t have a nasty unwelcoming attitude. Go work somewhere where you can be hidden and not with guests if your like that. The very first girl we dealt with was like that when we tried to see if we could possibly check in earlier. Samantha was excellent, and the girl with the heart glasses was kind. But the first girl, needs to work somewhere else. "
