"Our stay was great. Service was nothing but amazing. My only critique is that the plumbing could be better. We had to hold the toilet handle down for a long time just for the toilet to start flushing. Other than that everything went smoothly."

They were all very customer service oriented and while it was just a little thing, it went a long way with initial impressions.
