"Service is fantastic at this small boutique hotel where they treat you like family and the entire staff goes out of their way to make everything top notch. I really liked that, while expensive, once you are on site everything else is included as opposed to other expensive properties where they nickel and dime you with every little thing they can. Also with a large staff and a relatively small property it just feels like everyone is really attuned to making every little thing as pleasant as...

"The room was fine… but don’t plan your vacation there anytime soon. They are remodeling the whole resort and have construction (drilling/sawing/hammering) from the hours of 10 AM-6 PM sooo unless you are planning on being out and about during those house then i guess you’d be fine. We wanted a relaxing stay in our room this weekend but we had to leave the hotel the entire day because the noise was soo loud. The entire resort is torn apart and there are construction workers everywhere. "

"Truly 5 star experience from start to finish. Goldener Hirsch staff goes above and beyond to serve all your needs. Apres ski cocktails and food were amazing. Ski Butler services and lockers are truly easy to use, reliable and friendly. Shuttle services to town and pick up back to hotel are always on time. Text messaging with hotel for all your needs are constant and consistent. By far one of the best resorts we have stayed with. "

"A special surprise request was made during our stay and to say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were lovely and absolutely thoughtful. It was so fun to walk into our room and see how much preparations had been done for me. "

"We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying."

"Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome "
