My child loved the open glass elevators and watching them take people up and down. Great walkable location to Michigan Ave and all the downtown attractions. Would stay here again. "

"Fun property with everything under one roof. Neat vibe with the atrium and water. Disappointing part was the price for all the food vendors and the water park. There’s just no reason to charge so much. Concierge desk folks were awesome and the front desk was very accommodating with a hiccup we had with the breakfast buffet vouchers. Excellent service. "

"1st Timer here, was not sure what to expect, kinda thought it was a "regular hotel", it ended up being WAYYY more than THATTT!! Love the setup, community, building details, location, basement gym was niceee!! Coffee on demand, and water. Greatttt staff & valett!!!"
