"We loved everything about this stay. Staff were extremely friendly especially room service. Our favorite feature was the Skyway leading directly to the Cleveland Clinic. We will be staying here again."

"Cleanliness, kindness, and location are great"

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"We love staying here when we come to Cleveland."

"The roost was an amazing place to stay at. Perfect location."

"Brand new, well furnished apartment; very comfortable bedroom, living area and kitchen. New, new, brand new. Great value."

"The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting."

"Great location and communication."

"Excellent staff, service and good food."

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
