「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「I booked a standard king room, and it was exactly that—standard, with nothing particularly grand about it, which was fine. The room did have French doors overlooking the Arnoff Theatre. It would have been nice if the doors could open to let in a fresh breeze and allow us to enjoy the sounds of the surrounding streets. 「You are pretty much paying for location. Cleaning staff came gave us towels. But never made beds. Front desk didn’t give us a heads up that we wouldn’t be able to get the parking garage after 6pm because of the Blink festival. So had to go somewhere else and wait until 12:30 for road closures to be lifted. Carpet in the building were gross and bathrooms in the room need a makeover not just filled in with caulking. Not worth the money!!!」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」
