"Terrible experience all the way around. The approval and check-in process through the Landing app was time-consuming and frustrating. Once my account was confirmed, it completely disappeared. We had no way of knowing who to contact. After that, communication was poor, manager nonresponsive, and the unit was not stocked with any necessities for our two night stay, like toilet paper (c’mon!), trashcan liners, soap, shampoo. "My stay was a big part of my trip. I also liked it was only one payment and no hidden fee. It was easy to access to the area manager and also you didn’t have to be in communication with anyone to check in. The process was really smooth and not to mention the place was beautiful and well kept."
