We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Quiet and safe location up on a hill with scenic views. Great choice of eateries with a bar just a short walk across the street from the hotel. Garage self-parking was free and easy in/out and short safe walk to hotel lobby. Lots of support columns in the parking garage to navigate through. Great experience overall and will rebook.」
