"Hotel was beautiful and felt safe and convenient to everything. Spa package was overpriced and water was extremely hot in bath and it wasn’t a relaxing experience."

"Beautiful property, quiet and just what we were looking for. Check-in was easy but we didn’t find out until after we booked that the pools were closed down for repairs. None of the websites stated they were closed. The bed was comfy, room was clean and out stay was wonderful. The only thing I had an issue with was the text message about check out… they wanted us to strip the beds take the trash and clean up to make it easier on the cleaning crew for the next guests. I already keep it clean (OCD) but they didn’t specify where trash cans were for taking the trash and to just strip sheets off the bed to then leave them laying on the bed? It was weird, I paid to stay at your hotel but yeah I’ll help clean it…"

"I would highly recommend westgate lake resorts, very nice people to deal with, our room appeared to be recently remodeled and it was very clean, i would definitely stay here again!"
