「Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

「This is my favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids when i visit..close to all my favorites such as Stellas, Pyramid Scheme amd Maxs. The breakfast in the morning is always AMAZING and filling. Would recommend staying here」
