"The hotel was very nice and in a quiet location. However…. Was not expecting to pay $114 extra for my 13lb Shitzu dog. That is a ridiculous amount and should be listed on the website so you know before you make a reservation. We travel with our small dog frequently and I have never paid more than $25 to have him in our room. The front desk person said that they “deep clean” after a pet. I don’t believe that. I will never stay here again!"

"Room was not clean, there were hairs all in the toilet. Someone left a syringe on the shelf in the closet. There was someone’s dirty shirt balled up in the closet and I’ve been itching for the past three days since I left."

"The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was decent. The staff was as nice and helpful as they could be. However, the room door had dead batteries, and we could not get in after two remakes of keys. The additional $45-$55 parking fee was a very unpleasant surprise. This should have been warned about very clearly on the website where I booked the room. I feel like I was tricked, and because of this, I will not stay at this place again."

"The toilet and shower wasn’t working and when I noticed front desk staff I was told that there wasn’t any available rooms at the time, I asked to speak with a manager and was given a business card. We left the hotel and booked with another hotel for the remainder of our stay. When I reached out by email to the general manager I was told I wouldn’t be receiving a refund. Terrible Terrible Customer Service."

"It was a decent stay; however, they need to invest more into their establishment so the customers can feel stay, clean, and secured. My stay felt like they did not care for their customers or the do not have the funding to improve th customers stay!!!"
