「The bathroom flooded at an inconvenient time. I informed the front desk. The toilet runs constantly and didn’t flush. I was transferred to this room due to the previous room being right across the elevator which is loud. The buffet breakfast isn’t buffet, it’s eggs and sausage links/patties all week no other options outside of toast, bagels, and coffee…I definitely was disappointed with this Hyatt.」

「We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY...
