"My friend and I were in town for the Outlaw Music Festival 08/23/26 but arrived the 22nd and the curb appeal was gorgeous we were greeted by a well groomed gentleman in a suit I believe his name was Kevin perhaps not 100% he was very friendly and well mannered held a smile every time we encountered him throughout the rest of the day, when we entered our room on the 3rd floor it was inviting very clean and the decor was homey as I approached the big window to open the drapes I noticed a stain on the ceiling along the top of the window it reached the entire length of the upper window and the middle section had some black mold growing on it (I’ve had Breast cancer 2x and my friend has leukemia ) our immune systems are compromised so we needed to switch rooms I immediately called the front desk and spoke with a young lady with a pleasant voice. Her name was Mya She immediately came to our room to assess the problem when she got there she didn’t hesitate to let us know. They were upgrading our room and we would be moving to the fourth floor if that was OK with us so she helped us gather our stuff and to the fourth floor extremely helpful, friendly and beautiful girl. She definitely is an asset to the Marriott courtyard. We went down a little later and she helped us with finding a restaurant. We slept. Excellent were extremely happy with our day the next morning I went down we missed breakfast but the manager on duty his name was Ed he was super helpful in our checkout."

"When will hotels start to realize that having a walk-in shower would be safer and more convenient to guests, and would make money in the long run from higher ratings and repeat business? Just FYI, no one needs a bathtub in a hotel anymore."
