Love that these hotels are not putting carpet in the rooms. Hard surface flooring seems so much cleaner. The whole facility was immaculate.

Very good property. Grandkids was disappointed the pool wasn’t working. When we checked in and they said open at 9am went down and still closed and that was the reason we booked here.

The staff always seems to be nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because of a few household situations, which were fixed. Couch bedding was thrown into a bag, not folded, making us think it may be old. Not enough bathroom towels for the amount of people staying in the room (was correct on reservation), and the floor was sticky as if dirty mop water was used. Like I said they did fix all it though. Also watch out for the tub, it is VERY slick. I suggested putting down something on the bottom of the tub floor, hopefully they will before somebody falls and gets hurt. Overall a good stay, just a few minor inconveniences.

This was hard to review as it is a brand new hotel (opened 4 days ago). It needed a few more days to wrap it up perfectly. There was construction debris and dust and a punch list of items in our room and the hotel that needed completed. Breakfast was nice and the fitness center was great. Pool was not open yet. Hilton also has a new system so ai was charged by both Hotels.com and Hilton. Was within 10 minutes of Championship Park.
