「I made a reservation for this hotel, they had my reservation but they were overbooked so I did not have a room. Front desk worker did not apologize and blamed Expedia. Horrible!!!」
「everything was good but certainly not excellent. The breakfast was okay but the orange juice wasn't working properly, it was very watered down. I spoke with the lady working the breakfast area and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I thought that was rude and for what I paid for the room, unacceptable. The rest of the breakfast was just okay at best. The room itself was clean and quiet and it was about what I expected.」
「Everything was great bed comfortable clean room. The only thing that was not very well kept was the breakfast/ coffee area. It had gnats flying around and on the wall especially above the coffee bar.」
「Paid for the double Queen suite which is supposed to accommodate 4 people, there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth available, they do not provide coffee makers or any kind of cups, no ice bucket to collect . Basically only the bare essentials are met and even that’s scampi」
「TV didn't work. I had to lay my used towels outside the door in the hallway to get fresh ones. My room was serviced only on the last day of my 4 day stay.」
