We liked the breakfast, daily snack bags to go, texting customer service, availability of staff.
We didn’t like the over price on average room, stained carpet in room, restroom facilities plumbing toilet with low water pressure & drainage issues m, embarrassingly had to use lobby facilities restroom for 3 days throughout stay. had to get plunger from a busy front desk during busy breakfast time. Front desk and breakfast area too close for personable conversations.
Was not able to change room due to unavailability, unable to get credit for stay due to booking through Expedia Reservations. Last night received a different room and was double charged until it was rectified. Would like to receive compensation for this experience which was an all around inconvenience in so many ways.
