「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

I also appreciated the free breakfast with plenty of options, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and downtown attractions. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again!」

「Overall, everything is pretty good. I live on the 14th floor and can see all of Dallas through the window, which should be a very pleasant thing, but a thin layer of dust on the window has dampened my spirits.」
