「My only complaint would be the additional $1 “service” fee added to the parking charge. Bad enough to have to pay for parking, but a service fee? C’mon.」

「This property is located downtown memphis. This part of town has trolly cars starting the one way street surrounding the hotel. This made initial parking to check in difficult. We found a parking garage a few blocks away and drug our luggage along the city street and past dark alley ways. We didn’t feel unsafe but kept our radars on. The hotel was nice and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We did not partake in their $15 very limited breakfast bar. 」

「Super convenient and walkable to museums and Beale Street. The room had everything that I needed. I was not crazy about the breakfast sandwich at the cafe. Too greasy and messy to eat.」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
