Overall a good experience. Friendly staff but Only one employee to man front desk and take and cook breakfast orders. Not fair to employees or guests. Breakfast is not free and is very limited, but good if you are willing to wait.

Everything was excellent. Was nice to have normal size bottles of hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. Yay! The chair in the room was a little frayed on the top. Otherwise very comfortable. Nice to a Keurig coffee maker. Room cooling was very comfortable.

My shower curtain was too short and no liner. Maintenance came but didn’t return to bring new curtain. The ice was thick in refrigerator couldn’t use freezer. AC was great. Staff at desk courteous. The children in room 210 were loud, running and banging on walls. I couldn’t move as hotel was overbooked. I wanted a late check out for 1 pm and told this hotel doesn’t do that, yet tv advertising indicated different.
