「The room was dirty, not clean at all. Lots of dead bugs smushed against the wall and the window shades. Drain flys all over the room. The closet had a gross sticky, brown substance all over the walls, so clearly attention to detail when cleaning isn’t there. Floor had residue all over it. Staff was okay, not super pleasant but okay. Elevators were slow and we had to walk down the stairs with n the last day due to elevators being used to hall up the new mattresses they were changing.」

「Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were nicely updated, comfortable, and well maintained. Both front desk employees we interacted with at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made for a great first and last impression. Breakfast was also better than expected, with a good variety of options and everything well stocked. The only reason I’m not giving five stars...
