Bed was comfy enough. Room was not as clean as I would have liked…seemed hastily cleaned and some repairs and updates are needed. Property was quiet.

The bed was too high and the frame seemed to be for a king rather than a queen. The bathtub/shower was high and not easy to get over. No hair dryer as advertised.

I booked this hotel as an emergency because everything else in the area was fully booked, and it was the only option available. I understand supply and demand and that prices increase when availability is limited, but over $300 per night for this hotel was completely unjustifiable. Based on the quality, condition, and overall experience, I wouldn’t consider this hotel worth more than $70 per night under normal circumstances.

Overall it was just meh. The hotel was a little dingy, and run down. The check in/check out process was efficient but I was unable to communicate with anyone at checkout. There was no hot water so I was unable to take a shower.

This hotel was very nasty!! Staff was rude, towels were hanging on the rack dirty when we first entered the room, and the room was very small. The staff were not accommodating after telling me they would provide an accessible first level room and never did!! Overall this hotel was horrible and would never recommend it to anyone!!
