「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Staff excellent, beds cosy, lighting is flexible for different conditions, breakfast is lovely, hot tub and pool great, workout room…well everything was just right. Will definitely stay there again.」

「We didn't eat breakfast. Staff was absolutely excellent. Could not have neen more helpful and friendly. Elevator broke (not while we were in it) but the staff was there right away. Upgraded our room to the reno'd one with a view. Gorgeous. 」
