「Chose hotel as it was close to the medical building for a procedure, and couldnt have chosen better. Room was lovely, staff incredibly helpful, room service delicious and mini bar a pleasant surprise along with deep tub and lluxiourious bath products. Will definately return .」

「Everything still seemed new and the area was clean and lots happening. Not great for guests who are driving in for their stay as parking to check in was difficult and unloading luggage was done in neighboring tower's parkade and hauled across block to hotel. Would be a great place if taxiing in from somewhere like the airport. Overall a very good experience, staff was friendly and very helpful, lots to do in the area within walking distance.」

「The elevators were wonky throughout my stay & the housekeeping left my door ajar for who knows how long. I left 11am and came back by 10 pm that evening to an open door. the front desk and restaurant staff were phenomenal 」
