「The front desk service is very poor. Shuttle runs until 10:30pm and no one answered my phone until time passed. AC is loud and cannot be turned to auto mode. Will not recommend or come back to this place for overnight traveling. 」

「We had an overall pretty good stay. Pros:Free breakfast, easy parking,bedding was comfortable and clean room. Cons This was a huge con for us. My teenage daughter went swimming and showered immediately after.Then came home the next day and showered and washed her hair multiple times and can not get the chlorine smell out of her hair.Not to mention her hair feels so dry and brittle. We are a family that travels and stays in hotels at least 30 times a year. We have never ever had this issue.Now...

「Great room, nice view, great temp control, very clean and comfortable. Dislike: 1) being required to pay $20 per day for breakfast/amenities that I didn't particularly want; and 2) the hotel recommended a taxi service that charged me literally triple the usual fee for a short ride: $45 one-way to the Denver Zoo! (Return taxi charged $15 for the identical trip). The hotel should exercise greater care before recommending a company.」
