「At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. I was given a Gatorade for the inconvenience. Knock at the door at 10:50 pm by "housekeeping" (it was the barkeep). They opened the door before I could get to the door.
