"Property seemed to be under construction, the parking is wierd and shared with other businesses. We had left our exit card in the room and called the front desk and literally he cursed at us and would not open the gate to let us out for an overnight stay that was paid and finished. Poor, poor, customer relations and service. We surely are not the only people to have left our exit card in our room upon checking out - for such a response and reaction from the front desk person. Won’t be going...

"Everything was what we needed for the Midwest Horse Fair. Walking distance, decent breakfast, and quiet. I wish the gym opened sooner than 0600, but other than that, it was great. "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The person at the desk was less than friendly upon arrival, but great upon check out. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Where the hotel lacks is in the upkeep needed in the pool area. It appears as though it has not had basic cleaning/maintenance of its large structures in quite some time. Overall, I’ll stay here again as the main spaces and room are clean and that is most important to me."

"Charming little hotel with big rooms. It’s a short walk to the capital area. Breakfast was so so and switches for the lights were a little odd but overall a fun place. "
