「Booker at reception was most helpful. Our TV was not working properly, maintenance was sent up very quickly. Bed is very comfortable and nice amenities, though the workout room is very small. Will definitely stay here again! 」

The breakfast area is clean and comfortable, and if you prefer, you can enjoy your breakfast at the outdoor tables. Friendly front desk staff, very quiet and safe atmosphere. 「My family and I came to Cincinnati for a Reds game. We stayed 1 night here and we were very impressed. The staff, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again. 」

「The staff was very friendly. I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays. 」
