「When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. 」

「The heating system was extremely loud, clocking in at 59 Db when we were trying to sleep. There was a low setting for the fan, but it made no difference. The air blasting out was either scorching hot or freezing cold. It never got to comfortable.」
