「The casino itself was ok but could use some updates but was fine. The room was not the best at all the floors had multiple stains and we had a toilet issue that the staff handled right away. Bed was comfortable though」

「Called ahead to confirm we were arriving late and needed a pack and play for our baby. Request was noted on original booking, listed as an available item and messaged the hotel 1 week prior. Arrived well after midnight not only was there no pack and play in the room as promised when called earlier in the day they did not have any in the hotel. Or as I was so considerately told at 1am “that’s a negative on the pack and play” when I asked what I was supposed to do with my infant son was told place...
