My second stay in the last few years. Love the staff, Dorian...I see you... And his brother, Dorin and all the lovely ladies at the desk. The lobby is cozy and perfect for hanging out. Drinks and snacks available all hours. Clean, comfortable rooms. I have no complaints. I will be back.

We needed a hotel for UC Bearcat family weekend since all of the hotels near UC were jacked up 5-6x in price. Blue Ash was a great location with reasonable priced hotels. Courtyard was new renovated so felt clean and fresh. The staff was wonderful. I will choose again when in the Cincinnati area.

Comfortable

Beds were very comfortable. Tub was not super clean but other than that we enjoyed everything. The breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was but having the Starbucks coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

Really nice room with a balcony, which you don't see much anymore. It overlooked a pretty courtyard. Room was large and furnishings comfortable. This is a sprawling hotel so it's a hike to get to the lobby, but on the plus side, the rooms are quiet because you aren't getting noise from activity in the bar, etc.

Mediocre Experience

This hotel was clean and well cared for. The pool was out of service for the majority of our stay. This was a definite inconvenience. While they did offer the use of the Embassy Suites pool across the street, this was not a good option as the Embassy Suites pool was overcrowded and unmonitored in relation to the unsupervised kids in the pool. The other issue we had was the fact that the elevator was inconveniently located and hard to access. I would not stay at this hotel again.
